Every six months I get the chance to shoot a creative bunch of people for the biannual Dylan Hotel in-house Magazine. This time 'round we chose a number of Chefs in their Restaurants as the subject of the article. From Michelin starred 'Chapter One' and 'L'Ecrivan' to modern chic 'Forest Avenue' on to super healthy 'Alchemy' in BT2 Grafton Street ending up in the sumptuous 'Ananda'. So many opportunities for pictures in each place made the edit hard to pare down but the final result is out now and you can peruse it exclusively over a nice cocktail in the Dylan Hotel Bar anytime you like.
